If it's an upper body, leg or arm day, there's a place for it on the Home Gym via high and low chain-linked pulley stations.

A dual-action arm station is included for close attention to the biceps and triceps, while the chest press and fly is attached to the single fully enclosed 100kg weight stack. Plus there's an incorporated Dual Function Leg Developer for leg curls and a Preacher Pad for bicep/tricep curls.

With the Home Gym you get form and function in the shape of 'oversized' padding and commercial gauge steel tubing wrapped in a jet black durable powder-coated finish. Considering the variety of exercises that can be performed using the Home Gym's stations, it has a considerably compact footprint making it ideal for smaller home gym spaces.

The transition from exercise to exercise is seamless as you won't need to make frequent mechanical adjustments. The weight stack is cleverly connected to multiple pivot points, which means you get to focus on your workout rather than spend time making modifications for the next part of your workout.
